JSC.To obtain a login and password online, you must click the “Register” button on the authorization screen or on the shareholder’s personal account page https://lk.rrost.ru/, click on the link “Log in through State services” and follow the instructions of the service. In the process of registration, you must enter the username and password from the Gosuslug portal and agree to transfer information from the Gosuslug portal to the shareholder’s personal account.
